Items usually ship within 3-7 business days, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-10 business days after shipment for delivery in continental USA.
Returns Policies:
We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and with the original packaging. *See exclusions.
Please do not send your return to the address on package. This is NOT the return address and will affect continued processing of your return.
Solstice will not accept refunds or returns for the following:
- *Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, sleepwear, jewelry, tech, beauty, and all accessories (excluding scarves and bags)
- Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way
- Customer provided an incorrect address
- Courier deems the address as insufficient
Note: The original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
